The most serious interpersonal problem they are facing at their workplace is a general lack of respect between employees. There is a lot of competition between the workers and personal agendas often get in the way of cooperation and collaboration. They also experienced avoiding general production and management meetings with colleagues. She mentioned that there are often misunderstandings and miscommunications between the product development team, and other teams such as marketing or design. It clearly shows the lack of communication which had been causing tension and a decrease in employee morale.
She believes that this is the most serious issue to address since it affects the workplace environment and can potentially lead to more serious problems, such as low productivity and quality of work, as well as workforce retention. Therefor sometimes the company can lose their good employees as they will find other good work environment of work with colleagues with positive attitude. Part B:
I believe an excellent job and organization to work for is one where there is a culture of mutual respect, appreciation, and camaraderie. This kind of environment allows employees to work with each other as a team to achieve common goals and successes.
