For starters, the first section is your topic.  You omitted that and included a problem background instead. Format is important. You have not included your topic in this submission either.  It is only on the paper cover page.
I am not clear on why your literature review is only a little over one page.  You have had two literature review assignments, that built on each other. Five sources were required for each.  It seems that your literature review should have more content.  You are just supposed to copy in what you have from the last mini-literature review assignment. If you did not use themes as headings within the review, you would need to fix that. Your literature review is still only a little over one page.  You have no themes/sub-themes as required.

Your problem statement is not what we discussed.  We did many examples during class.  It must align fully with the topic,  no more and no less. The resubmission does not include the problem statement either.  Try “Not enough is known about….”.After the problem statement comes the research questions.  This is not what you have next. You need a hypothesis and alternate hypotheses for each research question.  This is not how yours are formulated.You did revise so the research questions are next. The hypothesis need to have the null first then the alternate. Make sure each is testable and answers your research questions.  I still think you are going to have issues with this topic. For instance, I am not sure CVS is allowed to sway any particular brand.Regarding the sample size – 1000 is a lot of people for you to connect with.  Is it feasible?  You did not include location.  How will you connect with your participants? 300 is more feasible.  Now you have narrowed your findings to New York City.  I am not sure you will be able to connect with 300 people from New York City who used CVS. Plus, if you stratify, you will need participants from each category. How will you reach 300 people in 3 CVS locations? The methodology and design section are one section.  Expand on the rationale.Do not discuss data collection or analysis in these sections. You skipped the purpose statement.Your data collection section says you are going to use Linked In to reach professional in Orange County, CA (not New York.)  You need to give some serious thought to how you are going to reach your target population and what that population is.I realize you have had your share of issues this semester.  However, you are going to have to pull it together if you want to pass this class.  This assignment has a format you are required to follow.  We have been going over the same format since Week 7.  You submitted a draft.  You received feedback.  We went over many examples during class.  We even looked at your work.
