Were there things that you began to see that you never really saw before? How did you feel about what you saw? As you grew in your ability to “see”, how did your feeling about what you saw change? What things that you saw brought you happiness or peace? What things that you saw brought you into more negative states? What do you think would happen if you engaged in this perspective in all aspects of your life? How would this perspective help you to be a better leader?
