How Did We Get Here?!

Where The Journey Began

In a world weighed down by the relentless grind and the ceaseless pursuit of busyness, I, like many, knew the heavy toll of burnout and discontentment. Imagine feeling trapped in a life devoid of inspiration, straining against the belief that your potential is nothing more than a mirage. This was my reality, an educator at the tender age of 25, caught in a cycle of unfulfillment. But my story isn’t mine alone; it echoes the struggles of countless others across industries. Our modern existence, dominated by never-ending to-do lists, has severed our connection with ourselves and others, leaving little room for creativity, reflection, holistic wellbeing, and global impact.

Since this traumatic season in my early career, I’ve orchestrated collaborations with renowned thought leaders and organizations, crafting transformative online and offline experiences that have empowered individuals, teams, and communities worldwide to prioritize personal wellbeing as the driving force behind profound social impact. But, as a solopreneur and undergraduate Faculty Associate, that was just the beginning of my career and influence. As a seasoned educator, clever content creator, and relentless project manager, I’ve spearheaded initiatives across education, nonprofit, tech, hospitality, and wellness sectors.

Collaborating with Teach For America, I embarked on a mission to counter educator burnout. Recognizing the social-emotional demands that plague our country’s classrooms, I engineered a series of powerful partnerships, messages and experiences that resonated with equity-minded educators and advocates, spurring a 20% surge in leads. “Breathing new life into an international vocational academy”

Faced with a challenging recruitment landscape and nonexistent social media presence at Toni & Guy Hairdressing Academy, I orchestrated a comprehensive marketing and recruitment strategy that sat at the intersection of immersive events, student ambassador programs, and digital media with the intent to engage current and prospective students, industry professionals and other community partners. These initiatives were presented to and adopted by the corporate executive team and later implemented across the 17 campuses and 40 salons nationwide.
