Some of us look at social media in some form most days and I admit I am guilty! Scrolling along we see ads and endorsements with hopes to believe what they are selling is true. We might then be skeptical and for me maybe one reason is the thought of high sales profit and it is too easy to be true. When a celebrity or athlete endorses an item or idea, I think why are they really doing this? I try above everything else to count on my intuition as a signal for a good starting point to compel a decision … .Maybe I do need that product!

By consuming a supplement, I think it is so important to know as many facts as possible and it does not matter to me who endorses the product. Some of the information needed to make an educated decision would be reviewing medical records, medical tests, additional statements from other individuals, photos, and even videos. All of these need to be checked for validity and accuracy of results while studying the data.
