The title company that will handle the transaction will be Very Good Title Company located at 12345 Main Street, Beaumont, TX  77705.

The sellers will pay for the title policy.

The buyers want to make sure that they will be able to have two small goats on the property.

The buyers will put down $2,500 as earnest money with Very Good Title Company.
