what I think Procrastination is according to the textbook ” crux time management for students procrastination is known as putting off,delaying or deferring task indefinitely.” it also affects the time negatively for some people,such as adding stress a task none stop once you put your mind to it you can’t stop.You say to yourself you must finished the task but then you stress yourself out which is bad.That is also procrastination as well! The plans I feel that will enable me to be proactive is completing my assignments and meeting deadlines that are due! Adorable mini-task are smaller tasks of a larger assignments that can be scheduled for better time management.Also this will create a rountine for me when I get annoyed or upset.This will also have me stay on task when I do my assignments and turn them in on time. I mainly work alot so I will have to request time off so I can do downtimes and do my school work and this will keep my mine fresh and create less stress on me because I stress alot when I do everything at once!
