1. I agree with you about the wound care. This should be the nurse or a wound nurse like you said so that the wound can be assessed and monitored for healing. It is important that the wound is looked at each day to asses for signs of infection. The nurse would also want to document any changes of the wound.

2. I didn’t event think of AM care but that was a smart idea. I also think its appropriate for the AP to help reposition the patient with either my self or the LPN. With all the task you assigned I would ask if there is anything they feel like they’d need help with and to bring it up to the LPN if so, or myself whoever they find first.
