I’ll throw out my proposal: nurses will perform better if the eat a proper diet, so planning for healthy meals and snack breaks will make a fitter, stronger person. Pack your own food, or if you do eat from the cafeteria, choose low sugar high quality food for maximum benefit, and take time during breaks to stretch and breathe.  Nurses are  more likely to be sleep deprived, overweight and more stressed than others (Healthy Nurse Healthy Nation.org, 2021).
