○ How would you describe your experiences of social media use (e.g., which platform? How frequently do you use social media?)

○ When was the last time you saw the post regarding public services (from any level of government) on social media? How did you feel when you read these posts?

2. 2. The discussion of using social media for pubic organizations Compared with other e-government or traditional approaches, government has relatively fewer control while launching social media, because the primary social media tools are usually owned by private companies.

• Do you believe or not social media will be a more efficient or effective approach to achieve the objective of public organizations, compared with traditional websites?
• Considering those potential negative and positive impacts of using social media (as mentioned in slides and videos), do you believe or not government should launch social media applications to interact with citizens or to provide public services?
