3. Contribute to Practice Improvement: I aim to actively engage in quality improvement projects and initiatives within my healthcare organization. By effectively applying evidence-based interventions, I hope to contribute to measurable improvements in patient care, safety, and outcomes.
4. Share Knowledge: Finally, I plan to share the knowledge and skills I acquire in this course with my colleagues and mentor junior nurses in understanding and implementing evidence-based practice effectively.
