Final project
As stated in the syllabus you will need to complete a final project that worth 130 points. You should include a minimum of five credible references to support the policy you created. The first page of your handbook may include a description of the company and industry. The policies that you create need to support the industry and employee population that you described. Your handbook should be at minimum of five pages and written in APA format. Please keep in mind that your cover page and your reference pages do NOT count towards the total number of pages.

You can use a variety of sources such as the Equal Opportunity Commission (EEOC) website, the Department of Labor (DOL) website, and the Occupational Health Safety and Administration (OSHA) website, among other federal websites that will ensure your policies meet federal guidelines. Please do not copy and paste a policy that you find online. Keep in mind that not all published policies meet federal guidelines and not all published policies fall within “best practice.”

· Minimum of five references, worth – twenty points.
· Minimum of three polices, MUST use template worth – twenty points.
· Addressed industry and details of the organization i.e. number of employees, – worth twenty points.
· APA format, Flow and grammar, worth – twenty points.
· Minimum number of 5 pages not including reference page, worth – twenty points.
· The total points for this handbook is one-hundred thirty points.
