I need help to with  a reflective journal entry  – I am doing a patient satisfaction project for a acute renal unit of a prestigious hospital.  This is a 10 bed unit.  Patient who are on dialysis and are admitted in the hospital are the patients who come to this unit.  For critical care patients, bedside dialysis is done.
