Post-Intensive Care Syndrome (PICS) is a prevalent concern among patients who survive critical illness, leading to long-term physical, psychological, and cognitive impairments. This leadership scholarly project aimed to investigate the impact of an educational module on Intensive Care Unit (ICU) patient diaries in enhancing Registered Nurses’ (RNs) knowledge and implementation of this innovative intervention.
