While many people believe that the American political system is a public institution founded on noble ideals, this is not the case. Politics is governed by the very same motivations and factors that drive competitiveness in any business enterprise. Campaigns and legislative processes are floundering in unfair competition. The political-industrial system triumphs while the public interest suffers. In order to pursue its short-term objectives, capitalism has become a significant player in the political industry, aggravating its inefficiency. The structure of the American political system no longer reflects on the needs of the individuals in the current society in reflection of the judicial system and the American constitution. This article looks at the political system by comparing various components of the judicial system and the entire political makeup, and the viability of the current Constitution towards the needs of American citizens.

The idea of collaborative law for state governments, which produces numerous sovereigns, is the largest difficulty in the current administration. In this circumstance, the country’s laws, while constitutionally obligatory, become just guidelines that states might choose to accept or ignore. While people perceive nothing amiss with compacts between nations, such as the agreements that exist all over the globe, it is argued that such accords can only be relied on to a limited extent. They think that the country’s states might stand in a comparable relationship to one another, which would not be ideal but would be coherent and feasible. Nevertheless, if there is still a yearning for a centralized political system, it must vary from a coalition of administrations in that people must transcend the power of the association to the individual citizens, who are the only appropriate subjects of governance. The mere concept of a government implies the ability to make laws, and those legislations must include a penalty, a punishment, to be enforced by the army or the courts. The current system is ineffective because no structure exists under the Constitution that adequately carries out the legislation.

Initially, the government was established because people’s emotions do not adhere to the demands of reasoning and fairness, and groups of people behave more intelligently than individual people alone. Ít is hypothesized that this is due to reputation having a less active impact. Furthermore, it is believed that the nature of state sovereignty causes individuals to become preoccupied with their own authority. When looking into the justice system, The Constitution requires that neither body would grow too strong when creating the law. Nevertheless, this has failed, and the United States Constitution has produced an impartial court in which the entire system has become too powerful. For an independent government, the system wields much too much authority through its trial court power, with the ability to overturn any laws or acts enacted by states or the other two branches. This makes it inefficient as far as serving the people of the nation is concerned. Rather than look out for their needs, the body has grown and taken authority over all others and now dictates rather than give an impartial decision on how the nation should be run.

Looking into the judicial system, The Judicial Branch plays a key role in defending the Law, particularly the Bill of Rights, which are the basic freedoms and privileges to which every United States citizen is assigned, and it is critical that the Bill of Rights be preserved, particularly at a time when it is under threat from the acts that may threaten its existence and other legislation. Due process is not overly powerful, perhaps, since the Supreme Court lacks implementation and initiating power and is thus still unable to exaggerate its trial court authority. At a time when democracy is under increasing strain across the world, Americans broadly agree on democratic ideas and values that are vital to the United States. However, according to a recent survey of popular perception on the advantages and disadvantages of fundamental components of American democracy and the system of government, they believe the country falls well short of these goals. The public’s complaints of the political system range from failing to hold elected people responsible to lack of government openness. And just one-third believe that the statement respondents associate on key principles even though they differ politically, this is an actual reflection of the nation.

The apparent shortcomings cover some of the most fundamental tenets of American politics. The vast majority of the population believes that it is critical that all people’s rights and freedoms be protected. Despite these complaints, the majority of Americans believe democracy works well in the United States, while just a minority believe it works very well. At the same time, there is overwhelming public support for making basic reforms to the political system. The majority agree that considerable changes in the core structure and operations of American government are required to make it operate in today’s world. The public gives contradictory indications about how to reform the American political system, and no solutions get majority support. However, both Republicans and Democrats are dissatisfied with how many specific parts of the political system are functioning. This article provides further justifications for the Legislature’s existence. It is believed that the Legislature, as the most powerful and stable part of the government, is required to guarantee long-term ties with other countries. It should also be mentioned that because Senators are chosen for 6-year terms, they will have enough opportunity to reflect on their conduct. This system also serves as a checkpoint for people to ensure that each person enjoys the same privileges as the other one without having certain people possess more authority than others.

Based on the readings which describe the defending of the political system and particularly the judiciary, the article provides instances of previous long-lived republics, each of which had a senate. They had senators chosen for life, which, if maintained, might jeopardize the people’s freedoms. In this sense, the legislature in the system reconciles stability and the concept of liberty. The main point of disagreement was that courts would replace their will with the plain language of the Constitution, as demonstrated by the Supreme Court’s and its ability to pass motions purely based on the suggestions of the constitution. It is well known that no one person has the authority to legally force his will against another person. This is because, under the system, all people should be ruled and serve under equal rights. However, given that the Constitution has the regulations within which law and order is set, there are no set of rules that oppose the law indicated in the constitution. This cannot be ignored as it is similar to the lack of an authority figure. It is clear that with the errors that may be contained in the Constitution, it remains to be the greatest authority and the most undisputed of all. Through it, elected officials become superior to their people due to their ability to make decisions on their behalf which are often conducted after self-gain. This indeed fails to meet the needs of the American people. To avoid undue judgment in the judiciary, they must be constrained by rigid norms and standards that define and clearly outline their responsibility in each individual issue that comes before them.

In conclusion, the structure of the American political system is a letdown as far as the reflection of the needs of the people are concerned. This is as a result of certain components of the system such as the judicial system holding too much authority over the people. Rather than govern in fairness, it has led to a system which abides purely on the laws of the constitutions which is the highest-ranking power in the nation. The entire political system has failed to meet the needs of the American people and grant them the type of administration that is supportive towards their goals. Rather than a representation of people in the parliament, the system has grown as an authority whose main aim is to penalize rather than assist the bends of the citizens and hold them accountable for all of their actions. In this sense, the American political system has failed to meet the needs of its people.
