“I am an employee at Hines VA medical center in Hines, Illinois. I work with spinal cord injury patients. Therefore the patient population would be spinal cord injury patients. The intervention or area of interest would be reducing the number of call lights placed on the overnight shift. The way I would compare would be to make a checklist of why patients are calling before this intervention and then try to address the issues to assess how things will change after the intervention. The outcome would be significantly reduced call lights pressed on the overnight shift. The time that I would a lot for this project would be one month”
