I need help coming up with a couple of Patient Information Scenarios to use for my concept map. I am going to be talking about the concept of COGNITION. I need to come up with a patient that has a disease or health condition that is associated with a COGNITION PROBLEM.

I just need help coming up with the Patient information scenarios and my main concept will be COGNITION. If you can please provide me with ATLEAST THREE DIFFERENT patient problem scenarios to choose from. Thank you.

An example of a patient information scenario would be something like this.

Please help me make up a patient information like the example above but a patient that has a cognition medical condition. I just need one where the concept would be about COGNITION.
